Tucked within the winding streets of central Pollença, this elegant townhouse was built as a personal dream for a local couple—people deeply rooted in the town’s history and culture. Designed with care across three stories, the home captures both the charm of the old village and the clean sophistication of contemporary architecture.

At the heart of the interior, a sculptural steel staircase seems to float between levels, adding a striking yet airy presence. Every space inside has been thoughtfully crafted: three serene bedrooms, a sunlit living area, and a private garage that offers both practicality and comfort.

This is not just a house—it’s a love letter to Pollença. A project created with purpose, blending tradition, modern craftsmanship, and the soul of a place that will always feel like home.
